installation, debugging, and technical services of high-efficiency and energy-saving heat exchangers. With strong technological and financial capabilities, the company has a group of engineering and technical personnel who have been engaged in the design,development, and production of heat exchangers for many years. In 2016, the company organized a team of specialists to tackle research and development challenges, achieving the first domestically automated stable welding of shell-and-tube heat exchangers and laser welding of semi-welded and double-wall plate heat exchangers, breaking the technological monopoly abroad. Qingdao Ruipute has rich technical application experience and industry-leading manufacturing process capabilities in the
manufacture and application of special plate heat exchangers such as titanium, titanium-palladium, Hastelloy, and nickel plates.
The titanium plate heat exchanger produced by Qingdao Reupt is used domestically in the non-purified brine salt production process and has successfully operated, reaching the quality level of titanium plate detachable plate heat exchangers, with no leakage after disassembly and cleaning 69 times.
The main international business of Qingdao Ruipute primarily focuses on exporting plate heat exchangers, plates, and gaskets to high-end clients in Europe and America, as well as providing OEM processing. In the domestic market, the company mainly offers alternative products for imported plate heat exchangers and accessories to high-end clients, receiving widespread acclaim for its quality and technical service levels from domestic and foreign customers.
