Electric Heaters

Electric heaters need no flue, no fuel delivery and no annual service, which is why they dominate supplementary and off-grid heating. The technology chosen changes the experience completely: PTC ceramic heats a room fast, oil filled radiators hold warmth quietly for hours, and infrared warms people and objects directly without heating the air between.

Which Heating Technology

PTC ceramic self-limits its temperature, which makes it inherently safer and fast to respond — the right choice for bathrooms and small rooms. Oil filled is silent and holds heat after switch-off, best for bedrooms and long occupancy. Infrared is the only option that works outdoors or in a draughty space, because it heats bodies rather than air. All require a tip-over cut-off and overheat protection for Western markets.
