The GKW aluminium axial fan is specified for drying rooms and ovens where a plastic-bladed fan would soften and a steel one would add unnecessary mass. Cast aluminium blades hold their profile at elevated temperature while keeping rotating inertia low, so the ball-bearing motor starts cleanly and runs cool. Four impeller diameters from 400mm to 700mm cover most circulation duties, on either 220V single-phase or 380V three-phase supply.
