Product Description

The combustion chamber and heat exchanger of the hot blast boiler are integrated, and the full steel plate multi-layer sleeve structure is adopted. The lower part of the furnace core is the combustion chamber, the upper part and surrounding are annular heat exchangers, and the air and flue gas are double return, with heat exchange in their own ways. In order to improve the heat efficiency, the multi head spiral groove heat exchange technology and turbulence principle are adopted to reduce the laminar flow thickness, so that the air and flue gas can continuously exchange the rotation direction during the travel, which greatly strengthens the heat exchange effect.
