Construction and working theory:
1. Purification tower consists of tower body, spraying system, packing, separator of gas and solvent.
2. FRP purification tower can be customized according to different mediums.
3. Off-gas is input to the tower body from the bottom inlet, then passes through the filling layer and spray mist system.
4. Off-gas is fluid purified, and the purified gas passes through the gas-solvent separator and is output to the atmosphere.
5. Mist spray system uses acid-proof spray-head, with good nebulization, showing obvious purification effect.

Attention:

1. This purification tower should be installed on anti corrosion basis which is 100mm above the ground. Acid-proof pump should be on another anti corrosion basis.
2. This equipment should be installed indoor, in order to prevent cold weather from effecting on equipment and absorption solvent.
3. If there is no PH controlling system, PH of acid or alkali solvent should be checked regularly, and consistency should be adjusted at any time.
4. Spray-head and filling material should be checked regularly in order to avoid plugging. Any problems should be solved immediately.

(2) Packing: for modification of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) two-way point wave, thermal performance is good, small air resistance, heat resistant to 75 °C, cold, flame retardant.
(3) Fan: blade material of alloy aluminum plate. Fan aerodynamic reasonable, big air volume, high efficiency, low noise, corrosion resistance, etc.
(4) The motor and reducer: for external equipment.
