A working range from -50C to 200C on one adiabatic cooling unit is exceptionally wide, and it is what allows the same platform to serve cryogenic process work at one end and hot oil circuits at the other. Fluid compatibility spans oil, water, steam, refrigerant and glycol. Copper and aluminium tube heat exchanger construction on 220V, 240V or 380V, with flow capacity built to order.

Product description
Adiabatic coolers are a modern, low risk to hybrid and traditional cooling towers, involving significantly lower maintenance.

An adiabatic cooler applies the principle that when the pressure applied on a parcel of air is reduced, the air in the parcel is allowed to expand; as the volume increases, the temperature falls as its internal energy decreases. In an adiabatic air cooler air is drawn across the coil by the fan. As the warm air encounters the wetted pad or water spray, the air temperature is reduced adiabatically thus allowing sensible cooling of the coil below the ambient dry bulb temperature.
When the ambient temperature is below the set-point for the fluid being cooled, the cooler operates in dry mode, with the fans drawing ambient air across the coil to cool it. As the ambient temperature rises, it can no longer achieve the desired cooling and the cooler switches to adiabatic mode to reduce the temperature of the incoming air.
With intelligent control it is possible to balance the use of the fans and water delivery to achieve either reductions in water
consumption or energy.

1. Material options

·Heavy-gauge hot-dip galvanized steel is used for unit steel panels and structural elements featuring a zinc aluminium coating.

2. Heat transfer media

·The dry cooler is constructed of staggered and seamless copper tubes (15,9 or 12,7 diameter) with aluminium, rippled and corrugated fins (0,14 or 0,17 thickness). ·2,5 mm fin spacing for optimal air turbulence ·Thick and seamless copper headers and threaded steel connections ·Pressure tested at 15 bar ·Try our options for aggressive environments: special pre-coated anti-corrosion aluminium fins or copper fins (0,2 mm thickness).

3. Air movement system

·Axial fan with exceptionally compact direct drive short integrated motor and fan guard. ·The fan features an impeller and motor and is balanced as a complete unit using dynamic single plane balancing. Balance grade is G6.3. ·Fan and motor totally maintenance free.

Customer’s first feedback: This is a plane cooler, I want v type. I want about 2 meter x 5 meter v type. I want to have as big as possible V type. I’m going to montage more hydraulic pumps now. I don’t know what I need but pleas offer 1 ho fits in 20 feet container and then I fix the rest here in Sweden. To day we have 10 m3/h, But I can have less if you want. We are cooling water and then oil from the water.

Our reply: The cooler we designed is enough to cool the 10m3/h water. Will you increase the flow rate in the future? Of course we can change our design to a V-type cooler.

Customer: Yes we will total have 40m3 Water in the future but maybe its better to take 2pc v type for 20m3 Please offer 2pc v type for 20m3/h.
