The main causes include: impeller dust accumulation or dynamic imbalance, misalignment between the fan and motor, bearing wear or lack of lubrication, and excessively small clearance between the air inlet and impeller. Targeted solutions: clean dust off the impeller, correct the installation concentricity, replace worn bearings and add lubricating oil, and adjust the clearance between the air inlet and impeller. 2. How to resolve insufficient air volume that fails to meet operational requirements? Common causes are: excessive pipeline resistance due to clogging or excessive elbows, low motor voltage or belt slippage, reverse rotation of the impeller or damaged blades. Solutions: clear and unclog the pipeline, reduce the number of elbows, check the motor voltage and tighten the belt, confirm the impeller rotation direction and replace damaged blades. 3. Is it normal for the fan bearing temperature to be too high? No, it is not normal. The main causes are: insufficient or deteriorated bearing grease, overly tight bearing assembly, and vibration transmission from the fan to the bearing end.
