How product information reaches this site
HVACR Nexus is a sourcing directory for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Listings are compiled from information that manufacturers and suppliers have themselves published to promote their products, including product names, technical specifications, photographs and descriptive material.
We aggregate and reorganise that information so that professional buyers can compare equipment across manufacturers. We do not manufacture, own, warehouse or sell the products listed, and we are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a manufacturer.
Ownership of that material
Copyright and other rights in product photographs, drawings, descriptive text and technical documentation remain with the manufacturer or other rights holder that created them. Nothing on this site transfers those rights to HVACR Nexus, and we make no claim of ownership over them.
Where product material appears here, it is reproduced to identify and describe that manufacturer’s own products to prospective buyers — the purpose for which the manufacturer published it.
Trade marks and company names
Manufacturer names, brand names, model designations and logos shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used here for the sole purpose of identifying whose products a listing describes.
Their appearance on this site does not indicate any partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, distribution agreement or other commercial relationship between that company and HVACR Nexus, unless a page says so explicitly. Where we do have such a relationship — for example a supplier that has claimed and verified its own profile — that is stated on the page in question.
Accuracy, and what it means for you
Technical specifications, certifications, performance figures and commercial terms shown in listings are as supplied or published by the manufacturer. We reformat and index that information; we do not independently test products or audit certification claims.
Treat every figure on this site as a starting point for an enquiry, not as a warranty. Before placing an order, confirm the specification, applicable approvals for your market, and commercial terms directly with the manufacturer in writing.
If material here is yours
If you are a manufacturer, rights holder or authorised agent and you would like material removed, corrected, or attributed differently, we act on those requests. The process, and what to include so we can act quickly, is set out in our Notice & Takedown Procedure.
Manufacturers are also welcome to claim their profile and supply their own current product data, company description and documentation, which then replaces material compiled from public sources.
