These terms govern use of hvacrnexus.com. Please read the sections on product information and liability — they set out what this site does and does not do, and what you should verify before ordering equipment.

HVACR Nexus is an information and enquiry platform for HVAC and refrigeration equipment. We publish product listings compiled from manufacturers’ own published information, and we pass buyer enquiries to those manufacturers.

We are not the seller. We do not manufacture, stock, sell, ship or invoice the products listed. Any contract of sale is formed directly between you and the manufacturer or supplier concerned, on their terms. We are not a party to it and do not act as agent for either side unless separately agreed in writing.

Specifications, dimensions, performance figures, materials, certifications and images shown on this site originate with the manufacturer. We index and reformat that information. We do not test products, verify performance claims, or audit certification documents.

Accordingly, product information on this site is provided for comparison and enquiry purposes and is not a warranty of any kind. Before ordering, you should obtain written confirmation from the manufacturer of: the full specification for the model concerned; the approvals valid in your market; the applicable standards for your installation; and the commercial terms.

Where a price appears, it is indicative and derived from information published by the manufacturer. It is not an offer, may exclude tooling, packaging, freight, duties and taxes, and varies with quantity, specification and destination. Availability and lead times change constantly and are confirmed only in a quotation from the manufacturer.

When you submit an enquiry, you are asking us to pass your requirement and contact details to one or more relevant manufacturers so that they can respond to you. Provide only information you are content to have used for that purpose, and do not submit anyone else’s personal details without their knowledge.

We use enquiry details to respond to and follow up your requirement. We do not sell contact data to third parties.

HVAC and refrigeration equipment must be selected, installed, commissioned and maintained by competent people, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and the regulations applying where it is installed — including those covering electrical safety, pressure equipment, refrigerant handling and, where relevant, explosive atmospheres.

Guides, calculators, application pages and comparison material on this site are general professional information. They are not a design, not a specification, and not a substitute for engineering judgement on your particular project.

Manufacturer names, brands and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify whose products a listing describes. This site links to manufacturers’ own websites and other external resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your data.

We aim to keep the site available and its information current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and listings may be out of date, incomplete or withdrawn by the manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HVACR Nexus is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on product information published here, from dealings with any manufacturer or supplier introduced through this site, or from the selection, installation or use of equipment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site at the time you use it.
