Working principle
The dryer is primarily composed of a heating source, conveyor, feeding machine, rotating drum, material crushing device, discharge machine, induced draft fan, unloading device, and distribution cabinet. After the dehydrated wet material is fed into the dryer, it is evenly dispersed and fully contacts the hot air due to the rotation of the uniformly distributed plate reader inside the drum, accelerating heat and mass transfer during drying.
