Main structure and working principle
(1) Air duct electric heater structure
The air duct electric heater is composed of several tubular electric heating elements, cylinders, deflector plates, etc. The tubular electric heating element is a high-temperature resistance wire placed in the metal tube, and the crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good insulation and thermal conductivity is tightly filled in the void part. The tubular electric heating element is used as the heating body, which has advanced structure, high thermal efficiency and good mechanical strength. Corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other characteristics. The baffle plate is installed in the cylinder body, which can make the medium heat evenly when circulating.
(2) Working principle
The electric heater of the air duct is composed of a digital temperature regulator, a solid state relay and a temperature measuring element. During the electric heating process, the temperature measuring element sends the temperature signal from the outlet of the electric heater of the pipeline to the digital temperature regulator for amplification, displays the measured temperature value after comparison, and outputs the signal to the input end of the solid state relay to control the heater. The control cabinet has good control accuracy and adjustment characteristics. The interlocking device can be used to remotely start and close the pipeline electric heater
