The centrifugal exhaust fan mainly consists of fan blades, motor, outer frame, protective net, support frame, shutter, push-pull mechanism and other parts. The shutter will open automatically after starting up and close automatically after stopping to prevent outdoor dust and foreign objects from entering, and also to avoid the influence of rain, snow and reverse wind.
Fan blade production
The fan blades are made of self-cleaning stainless steel material through die stamping, which is dust-free, beautiful and durable. The special blade shape design ensures large air volume, no deformation and no breakage. The stainless steel thickness is 1.2 mm, and the surface finish grade is BA level
The stainless steel galvanized sheet blades are made by one-step stamping process, which is not deformed, not broken, beautiful and durable. The reasonable blade angle can achieve maximum air flow and minimum noise.
The fan blades are measured and calibrated by advanced computer dynamic balancing instruments, and the dynamic balance is controlled within 1 g, which makes the fan run smoothly, with little vibration and noise, and enhances the stability of the whole machine, effectively improve the service life, the air volume remains consistent throughout the service life of the fan.
