Q3: Is the flame of the fireplace adjustable?
A: Yes, we provide 12 flame colors & 12 LED flame bed colors;5 flame speeds;5 flame brightness levels;0-8 hours timer control. You can customize the mood of your living space with a simple touch screen or a convenient remote control from across the room!

A: To ensure product quality, we according to the customer’s functional requirements and have product testing rooms and silent rooms with TUV SGS standard. All products received 52 product test requirements, covering all aspects of noise, energy, safety, performance, function, durability, aging, packing and transportation etc. We have a professional electric fireplace production workshop and can flexibly adjust the production mode (customization/small batch/large batch), we strict follow QC system from Incoming parts inspection and will make sure every units will received 100% tested before shipping. With many years of industry experience, we have the ability to provide OEM/ODM services to global customers.
Q6: How can I get the samples? And how long is the delivery time for the sample? A: Yes, we can provide sample but customer should pay cost of sample and freight charge.
