QUALITY CONTROL
PCBA Salt Spray Test
Every single one of our PCBA board undergoes a 100% salt spray test to ensure reliable operation in any environment for a long time.
Leakage Current Test
Each device undergoes a thorough verification of leakage current test etc., to ensure electrical safety, prevent any risk of electric shock, and confirm the proper functioning of the leakage protection mechanism.
Drop test
For each production batch, devices are randomly selected to undergo drop testing, ensuring they remain 100% undamaged during transportation.
PACKING&SHIPPING
We will make production, pack well the goods with carton or wood box if needed after receiving the order. We accept carton, label etc,. customization.
We will contact the shipping agent and load the goods or send to the address that customer required.
SHIPPING
Shipment are available from FedEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc. international express to airfreight and seafreight.
FAQ
Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. You will need to pay for the sample cost and delivery cost, the sample cost could be refunded after official order.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample lead time is 1-3 work days, mass production lead time is 15 to 30 days depends on the production status and order quantity.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ requirement?
A: It depends on the model you selected. Some models could accept very small MOQ, some models might not.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10 days to arrive. For container order, always ship by sea, time of transit depends your destination.
Q5. How to proceed an order?
A: We will send you the quotation for your selected models or according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per the payment term in PI.
Q6. How about the payment term?
A: 100% TT for sample or small quantity order. 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy BL for container order.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products.
Q8: Do you accept customized design?
A: Customized design is always welcome. We accept OEM&ODM. Just share your idea or provide us the drawing for further communication.
