Specifying Process Heat

State the medium, flow rate, inlet and target temperature and let the supplier size the equipment — a kilowatt figure alone tells them almost nothing. Control method matters as much as raw power: PLC with PID gives the stable setpoint holding that most processes actually need, where simple on-off control produces temperature swing. For induction heating, IGBT-based units are far more efficient and controllable than older thyristor designs.
