Self-developed mortise and tenon structure

The overall foam-molded box is surrounded by an aluminum alloy frame. featuring concave and convex grooves. During installation,
these grooves form a sealing structure through the interlocking of yin and yang modules, resembling a mortise and tenon joint. The bolts and embedded nuts are tightened to create a torsionally rigid and sealed box. The mechanical strength of this box complies with the European standard EN1886D1, and its air leakage rate meets the requirements of the European standard EN1886L1.

No cold bridge, not easy to rust

The interior of the box is isolated from the outside by high-pressure foamed polyurethane and professionally designed rubber
sealing strips , thereby effectively preventing cold bridges from occurring, and the cold bridge factor can reach the European
standard EN1886 TB1 level. The outer wall plate of the cabinet is wrapped in the aluminum frame, and the corners of the sheet
metal are isolated from the humid air to prevent rusting to the maximum extent.

Internal flat clean and hygienic

The interior of the box is seamlessly and neatly assembled, eliminating gaps and dust accumulation corners. The water pan employs
a V-shaped de sign with a longitudinal slope, ensuring complete drainage of condensate during operation and preventing bacterial
growth, thereby satisfying cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Good heat preservation performance

The box panel is made of low thermal conductivity polyurethane and internal and external double-laver steel plate one-time foam
molding, foam density > 50kg/m3, with good thermal insulation and noise reduction performance, box heat preservation performance
can reach the European standard EN1886 T2 level.

Access door designed with aerospace technology

The access door, designed with aviation technology, is molded integrally through foaming process, featuring high strength, minimal
deformation, and a double sealing mechanism to prevent leakage. Additionally, it is equipped with a safety pressure relief device
to ensure safe operation.

Filter section

1.Optional—nylon filter (not recommended for built-in), multi-layer metal filter.

2.The filtration area of the plate and bag filter is the same but the thickness is different, the plate thickness is 46mm, the bag thickness is 381mm.

3.The external filter can be drawn from the side and the built-in can be removed from the front.

Cooling and heating section

Cooling and heating coil using copper tubes, aluminum fins, aluminum alloy fins using mechanical expansion process fixed to the copper tube, fins spaced at 8-14 pieces /inch; coil end plate made of galvanized steel, the collection pipe is made of steel pipe,the upper part is equipped with air vent, the lower part is equipped with a drain port, water supply and return pipe are standard specitications tor the steel pipe: coil wind speed uniformity at the inlet cross-section of the wind is greater than 80%, the coil undergoes factory testing at a pressure of 2.4MPa, suitable for working pressure below 1.6MPa; water supply, return water, condensate water connections are located on the same side of the unit casing.; A water baffle can be installed behind the coil upon request, even at high wind speed, water droplets will not be blown out. The water receiving plate is made of steel plate and is finished with plastic spraying, with heat preservation outside to prevent condensation, and the lowest point of the water receiving plate is equippedwith a drainage pipe, which can discharge the condensation water smoothly.

Hoisting method

For safety, lifting must be operated according to the method shown in the drawing. When lifting, the place where the steel rope
touches the box should be padded with hard cardboard or other materials to prevent the steel rope from abrading the unit.

1.All structural air conditioning units should be installed on a horizontal basis.

2.Around the unit, especially the unit piping and fan and motor access door side, there should be sufficient space for daily inspection and regular maintenance of the unit.
3.Condensate outlet must be connected to a "U" type drainage pipe or float type water seal before connecting to the outer tube.

4.When connecting the coil in and out of the water pipe, balance the force against excessive force to avoid damage to the coil.

5.The motor of the air conditioning unit should be connected to an overload-protected power supply with ground protection.

6.Flexible connection between the air conditioning unit and the external air duct should be used to avoid transmission of vibration.
