Can’t you light the burner?
Check that the burner is filled with enough fuel. Why does the flame not turn on correctly after the ignition rod turns red?
Because it takes time for the fuel pump to enter the combustion chamber, when the ignition robbery turns red, the fuel is still not reached the chamber, please do not turn off the burner in this case, just wait, the ignition robbery will turn red three times. When the fuel enters the combustion chamber, it will light the burner. The ignition process takes about 2 to 3 minutes for the size of the burner, longer for the long size burner and shorter for the short size burner.
Why does the flame size not become larger after adjusting to the maximum model (after pressing the button)?
We set up the ignition start model for the burner, that is, only a small amount of fuel is pumped into the burner in the first 4-5 minutes. After 4-5 minutes, the flame adjustment will be reflected. For example, you set the burner to the maximum flame size immediately after startup, and after 4 to 5 minutes it will change to the large flame size without the consumer pressing the button again.
Why does the arrow button flash for 10 minutes after turning off the burner? And does not respond to any action on the button or remote control?
To ensure safety, the burner cannot restart when the chamber remains hot. Our cooling lockout cuts off restart after 10 minutes of inactivity, with the arrow key flashing to indicate cooling progress. Users may restart only after the blinking stops; otherwise the unit stays powered off automatically.
Why is the flame of the chamber, there is no flame at the other end?
Make sure the burner is placed horizontally, if not, the flame will be deflected to the lower end. Also, make sure the flame is not affected by wind.
Why is the burner larger than 48 inches and why is the flame on the right side lit while the left side is still lit?
Because the right chamber is closer to the tank, it takes less time to pump fuel than it does to ignite it, away from the left chamber of the tank. Please wait about 4 to 5 minutes.
Why is the fuel button closed when the burner is turned on?
