The inclined flow fan applies the theory of meridional acceleration and designs an inclined flow impeller and a bulging conical shell, which accelerates the airflow on the meridional plane of the fan, reduces the static pressure gradient, and avoids or reduces the detachment of the airflow, improves the pressure coefficient and fan efficiency, and reduces noise. The pressure coefficient of diagonal flow fans is higher than that of axial flow fans, and the flow coefficient is higher than that of centrifugal fans. This unique aerodynamic characteristic makes it most suitable for pressurization and air supply and exhaust in ventilation ducts, while centrifugal fans and axial flow fans are often not suitable for use in such situations. Under the same on-site conditions, replacing low-pressure centrifugal fans and high-pressure axial fans with diagonal flow fans can significantly reduce the use of noise reduction measures.
