In the assembly process of the heat pump, copper pipes are first welded to the core components, followed by nitrogen gas testing to ensure the quality of the welds. Subsequently, the electrical controls are installed.
The heat pump undergoes a vacuum test for the refrigerant system, followed by refrigerant charging. Afterward, it undergoes a performance test. Additionally, we conduct condition tests in our laboratory with temperatures as low as -45℃.
