Wet-film humidifier

1.Working principle of wet-film humidifier The working principle of the wet film direct drainage and humidification system:the clean tap water passing through the solenoid valve is sent to the water distributor on the top of the wet film through the water supply pipeline,and the water flows down along the surface of the wet film under the action of gravity,thereby moistening the surface of the wet film and flowing to the connection The water in the water pan is discharged into the sewer pipe through the drainage elbow,that is,the water is not recycled.When the hot air passes through the humid wet film,its humidity increases and the temperature drops.This humidification process is called an isenthalpic humidification process.In this process,part of the water on the wet film is evaporated,but no additional energy is consumed. 2.Operating conditions of wet-film humidifier Ambient temperature:the main body of the wet film is 5~100℃,the electric control box is 5~50℃.below 90%RH. Critical fan speed:3.75m/s or less. Water supply quality:tap water or the same type of water. Water supply temperature:5~40℃. Water supply pressure:0.15~0.75MPa. 3.Features of wet film humidifier There is no"white powder"phenomenon in the humidification and cooling of clean humidification and humid film. The humidification section is short and the vaporization space of the wet film humidification and cooling system is only the thickness of the wet film body. High saturation efficiency-the saturation efficiency of the wet film humidification and cooling system can be as high as 90%or more. Safe and reliable.The membrane material is anti-mold and anti-bacterial,with a life span of 5 to 8 years.There is no" water leakage"in the spray room as a whole.

3. Operation precautions (1) Check whether the water pipe is normal, and completely remove the gas in the pipe. (2) Check whether the air duct pipeline is normal, whether there is any blockage of foreign matter, and place the valve in the pipeline in the normal position. (3) Check the grounding resistance of the motor coil, which must be above 1.0MΩ. Power transmission and operation, check whether the three-phase current is balanced and normal. (4) Check whether the fan rotates in the reverse direction. If the direction of rotation is found to be incorrect, the phase sequence must be adjusted to correct it. 4. Precautions for maintenance (1) When the unit is not in use, the heat exchanger should be filled with water in summer to reduce pipe corrosion, and the water in the heat exchanger should be drained in winter to avoid freezing and cracking. (2) Air filter: clean before use and every month during use. (3) Heat exchange coil: the surface of the aluminum sheet and the inside of the copper tube must be cleaned once a year.
