1. Material options
·Heavy-gauge hot-dip galvanized steel is used for unit steel panels and structural elements featuring a zinc aluminium coating.
2. Heat transfer media
·The dry cooler is constructed of staggered and seamless copper tubes (15,9 or 12,7 diameter) with aluminium, rippled and corrugated fins (0,14 or 0,17 thickness). ·2,5 mm fin spacing for optimal air turbulence ·Thick and seamless copper headers and threaded steel connections ·Pressure tested at 15 bar ·Try our options for aggressive environments: special pre-coated anti-corrosion aluminium fins or copper fins (0,2 mm thickness).
3. Air movement system
·Axial fan with exceptionally compact direct drive short integrated motor and fan guard. ·The fan features an impeller and motor and is balanced as a complete unit using dynamic single plane balancing. Balance grade is G6.3. ·Fan and motor totally maintenance free.

Environmental Conditions: The data centre is located in a tropical area with maximum ambient temperatures of 45°C and high humidity. Space Constraints: The equipment has limited installation space and cannot exceed 8m x 4m x 3m. Energy Consumption and Noise Requirements: It is hoped that the equipment will have low energy consumption and low noise characteristics in order to reduce the impact on the operating environment of the data centre. The interior of the unit features all stainless steel tube fin coils to enhance heat exchange efficiency while ensuring rapid cooling of the coolant at low temperatures. Cooling Capacity: Our design solution can efficiently cool a 500 kW heat load, reducing the coolant from 60°C to 35°C. Environmental Adaptability: As the data centre is located in a tropical area, we have specially designed the cooler housing to withstand high temperature and humidity environments, and added anti-corrosion coatings. At the same time, the fan system is optimised to ensure good heat transfer performance in high humidity environments. Energy Consumption and Noise Control: The dry cooler is equipped with an energy-efficient inverter fan system, which can automatically adjust the air speed according to the real-time heat load to reduce energy consumption. We have also selected low-noise fans and noise-reducing materials to ensure that the equipment operates with minimal impact on the data centre.
