Three-lobe roots blower is a displacement blower, the pressure can be adjusted according to the requirement of the user in allowing range, there are two impellers in the blower body which rotate in the opposite direction, in order to let the impeller rotate, there are some tiny gap between the impeller to body impeller to impeller. When the impeller rotates through the suction inlet, it can gather an amount of air between the body and impeller, then the impeller go on rotating, and the air will be pressured, the pressure in the body will rise, finally the air has been send to the outlet.
Main Features
1. Integral structure of impeller and shaft without shortcomings of split structure.
2. Optimized lobe curve is adopted for reducing blower's internal leakage, improving blower's efficiency and reducing running temperature.
3. Thanks to its narrowed radius-center distance ratio and enlarged shaft's diameter, no deformation and collision will occur under higher load.
4. Unique hollow design of end-cover is used for separating bearing cavity from gas chamber relatively, by which the impact of inside high temperature gas on bearing cavity is weakened and the bearing temperature is lowered.
5. Deep groove ball bearing of high precision and low friction factor is selected for lowering operation noise. In addition, the bearing of enlarged size is of larger load capacity and longer service life.
6. Horizontal installation with same inlet and outlet structures is favorable for saving floor space.
