ITC-1000 can be used as over-temperature protection and automatic temperature control system for various electric appliances such as equipment for egg incubator, home-brew, aquarium, pet breeding, seedling heat mats, oven temperature control, terrestrial heat control, constant temperature cycle of heating pump, culture fermentation, accelerating germination, electric radiator, electric oven, etc.
A: There may be two reasons:
Sensor Error Alarm: When the temperature sensor circuit is short circuit or open circuit, the controller starts sensor error mode and closes all running status, the buzzer alarm sounds, screen displays ER. Press any keys can cancel buzzer alarm, the system returns to the normal working status after error is cleared.
Please rewire the sensor wires and make sure they are connecting well.
Over-temperature Alarm: When the measuring temperature exceeds the temperature measuring range, the controller starts over-temperature error alarm mode and closes all running status, the buzzer alarm sounds, screen displays HL. Press any keys can cancel buzzer alarm, the system returns to the normal working status after the temperature returns to measuring range.
Q: The cooling device doesn’t work, even though the temperature reaches TS+DS, and the Cool indicator lamp is flashing.
A: The controller is running Compressor Delay (PT) function to protect the cooling device.
Under refrigeration mode, after power on, if the measured temperature is higher than the value of setting temperature(TS) plus Differential Value(DS), the equipment won’t start refrigeration immediately, but waiting for a delay time.
When the time interval between two refrigeration operation is larger than preset delay, the equipment will start refrigeration immediately; when the time interval between two refrigeration is less than preset delay, the equipment won’t start refrigeration until preset delay is satisfied.
Delay time will be calculated right after the moment refrigeration stops.
If there is no need of the compressor delay protection, please set the PT=0.
A: Please press “” key to save the parameter modified value, and return to the normal temperature value.
If there is no operating within 10s, it will exit the menu automatically and return to normal temperature display status, and does not save the parameter of this modification.
