Blowers

Industrial blowers cover three quite different machines that buyers often confuse. Roots blowers deliver a fixed volume regardless of back pressure, which is what wastewater aeration needs. Side channel ring blowers reach high vacuum and pressure from a single impeller, for lifting and conveying. Centrifugal and DC blowers force air through restricted paths inside equipment. Choosing the wrong family wastes energy or simply will not do the job.

Which Blower Type? & category detail

Which Blower Type?

If back pressure varies and the air volume must stay constant — aeration, pneumatic conveying — you need a roots blower. If you need vacuum or steady high pressure with no oil in the air path, that is a side channel ring blower. If air has to be pushed through a filter, heat exchanger or narrow duct inside a machine, a centrifugal blower is right. Match the voltage and phase to the site before anything else; most failures here are electrical, not mechanical.
