WORKING PRINCIPLE
The hot water is pumped through the water pump to pressurize the standby ring water into the cooling water seeding system.Dry the wine evenly on the filler through holes in the seeding pipe
Under the action of the fan, the air enters into the tower from the bottom into the air network to exchange hot water with air. Drop into the chassis and run through the water pump to the heat source for recycling

Description of parts and components
1. Fan
The ventilation system adopts special aluminum alloy axial flow fan for cooling tower, the structure design of forward tilting fan, streamline inlet air, small wind resistance, large air volume, low noise, good performance and high efficiency.No belt drive structure, reduce the transmission components, and the use of fully closed self-cooling low noise cooling tower motor, with small size, light weight, good performance, reliable operation, durability and other advantages.
2. Spray system
The special pump for the closed cooling tower is adopted, with large flow, low head, high efficiency, low noise and small power. The special pump for evaporative condenser is implemented according to SC4210.Pump motor voltage 380V, protection grade IP55, insulation grade F.
3. Packing
The specially designed PNC honeycomb cross-flow and the cross-wind structure of the shortcut enable the air to quickly take away the heat of water. The unique packing flow passage enables the water flow to form a large area of flowing water film on the packing surface, which extends the cooling time of water in the packing and improves the cooling effect of water.It has the advantages of small wind resistance coefficient, anti – aging and non – deformation
4. The circulatory system
The circulating water pump adopts the closed cooling tower special pipe pump, the performance is stable and the sudden sound is low, the motor protection grade is P5 and the insulation grade is lower, the circulating water tank adopts SUS304 stainless steel plate, the appearance is beautiful and the pressure resistance is strong
