For working temperature, it is 55 degrees for pvc fill sheets, and the cost is lower. we use 100% new pvc sheets to produce the fill sheets. And if clients need it to be high temperature resistant, we recommend to use PP material to produce the fill sheets, the working temperature is 80 degrees. PP fill sheet cost is a little higher and thickness is thicker than pvc loose sheets.

Application
EAC fills and most all fills are divided into sheet A and sheet B, or male and female sheets. When installing it, we need to make sure the steel rod or tube is smooth, no stuff to break the fills. And then put sheet A and sheet B through the steel tube one by one, amd make sure connection joints are matched each other very well, to make the fill pack strong .
