Sanitary Mini DTS Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger
This is a high quality DTS shell-and-tube heat exchanger especially meets the high hygienic demands of the pharmaceutical industry. The heat exchanger was designed to work in the highest hygienic conditions in applications such as waterfor-injection (WFI), Purified Water (PW), and heating/ cooling of pharmaceutical products.
Features and Benefits
High heat transfer rate and more smaller volume, capacity of mini heat exchanger, flow rate from 0 to 8000Lph, the length from 200mm to 750mm, standard design and all connections are Tri-Clamp type, easy to be installed and skid integrate. All surface finish is Ra<0.5um which contact with product directly, double tube sheet design for eliminate risk of cross contamination between shell and tube side. All contact with product material are 316L SS.
