Microwaves can directly heat the material directly without heat conduction. Therefore, frozen meat can be defrosted through a continuous tunnel system to improve production efficiency and greatly save defrosting time. The time is changed from "days" to "minutes". For a frozen meat block weighing 25Kg and with an outer size of 600mmx400mmx230mm, it only takes 2 to 4 minutes to return to -4℃～-2℃ at around -18℃ through a microwave thawing device. The processing capacity is related to the quality of the meat, that is, the dielectric constant of the meat. The fatter the meat, the greater the processing volume, and the processing capacity for lean meat is relatively smaller than that for fat meat.
Microwave thawing eliminates the thawing room and racks of natural thawing, avoiding the waste of water for water thawing. The environment is clean and hygienic, and product quality is easy to control.
