The machine has high degree of automation and is equipped with a variable frequency speed reducer. Mainly used in frozen meat products, frozen fish frozen shrimp, frozen chicken,frozen duck, frozen goose, frozen chicken feet, frozen chicken neck, frozen duck neck thawing. When used, the material to be thawed is placed on the conveyor belt in the thawing tank, and the bubble generator is opened. The bubble drives the water wave to impact the surface of the material, and transfers the heat energy to the material to achieve the purpose of thawing and freezing. Through the bubble generator, the heat in the air is continuously brought into the water, thereby supplementing the heat energy required for thawing. Because the flow speed of the water wave is rapid, the speed of receiving the heat energy of the material is also enhanced, and the method is faster than the traditional hydrolysis freezing speed.
