Step 1 Place the outdoor unit of the air conditioner in the installation position, mark the punching position, and then proceed with installation
Step 2 Install the expansion valve of the evaporator and tighten the screws.
Step 3 Install the wooden board on the interior wall of the car, and then fix the evaporator to the wooden board.
Step 4 Insert the aluminum joint of the high and low pressure pipes into the expansion valve, then clamp the aluminum joint with an iron plate and tighten the black screw in the middle
Step 5 The aluminum joint with a valve on the other end of the high and low pressure pipes is connected to the condenser interface and compressor interface.
Step 6 Connect the wiring harness between the evaporator and the external unit of the air conditioner. Then install a drainage pipe in the lower right corner of the evaporator.
Step 7 Vacuum the air conditioner for 15-20 minutes, then add 600g of R134a refrigerant. Ambient temperature 25-30 ℃: High pressure value between 130psi-160psi Ambient temperature 30-35 ℃: High pressure value between 145psi-175psi Ambient temperature 35-40 ℃: High pressure value between 175psi-218psi Low pressure value uniformly between 29-49psi
Step 8 Connect the power cord to the battery and be careful not to connect the positive and negative poles incorrectly. Red represents the positive pole and black represents the negative pole.
