Product Information: Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is self-clean air equipment, it can be installed to the ceiling or setted on the
holder, which can reach Class100. FFU has HEPA filter and pre-filter, the fan absorbs the air from the top through the prefilterand HEPA filter then the clean air at 0.45m / s ± 20% speed blow out by the whole air supply grill.

Salient Features: long use life, low noise and vibration, maintenance-free, adjustable air speed, thousands unit can be easy
controlled.
Factory Strict Test: according to international ISO14644-1 standards, with a dust particle counter detection one by one to ensurethe quality.
Application: widely used in the semiconductor, electronics, flat panel displays, and optical disk drive manufacturers, bio-
industries, assembled clean room and laminar flow hood.Etc.

Fan Filter Units (FFU) are ceiling module diffusers consisting of HEPA-filter, fan and control system. The module is designed to provide unidirectional vertical airflow of filtered, clean air over a cleanroom space by removing harmful airborne particles from recirculating air. FFU creates a positive room pressure that reduces the contamination risk from potential ceiling bypasses.
FFU models will have three stickers located on the back of the plenum. For ease of troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, and general factory assistance, it is recommended that the order number, and model line string be used as reference. This information can be found on the Factory Label.

Product Description

FFU is abbreviation of Fan Filter Unit. It is a modular terminal air supply device with its own power and filtering effect. Its main function is to inhale the air from the top of the FFU by the fan and filter it by HEPA, and the filtered clean air is evenly sent out at the air velocity of 0.45m/s+20% on the entire air outlet surface to meet the cleanliness requirements of the clean environment. It is mainly installed on ceiling keels and equipment machines in clean areas and working areas. It is widely used in semiconductors, optical electronics, precision instruments, biopharmaceuticals, aerospace, and automobiles, hospitals, food, spraying, printing and other fields.
