Block ice machine

The ice is dense,transparent or milky white, featuring high hardness, low temperature, and extremely slow melting rate. The ice-making principle involves filling molds with water; the refrigeration system cools the molds, freezing the water from the outside in. After reaching completely frozen, hot gas defrosting is activated to release the blocks from the molds, and the ice is lifted out by crane.Features a robust and modular design, with main structure and molds made of food-grade 304 stainless steel.
