Product description
A blast freezer evaporator is a key component in the blast freezing process, which is used to rapidly freeze products, usually within 12 to 48 hours, to their desired storage temperature.
The evaporator temperature in a blast freezer refrigeration system typically ranges between -35°C and -52°C.
This rapid freezing process helps to prevent the formation of large ice crystals, which can cause damage to the product and lead to issues such as rancidity, browning of the meat, and higher drip on thawing.
