Product Details
A replica level gauge, also known as a magnetic flip column, magnetic flip plate, or magnetic float level gauge, can safely and reliably measure liquid levels under high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, and strong corrosion conditions. The reading is intuitive, the display is eye-catching, and the measurement range is large. Equipped with magnetic switches and liquid level remote transmitters, it can achieve upper and lower limit alarm and control of liquid level (limit), as well as remote detection and control.
This series of products is widely used for liquid level measurement and control in various industries such as power, petroleum, chemical metallurgy, environmental protection, medicine, food, etc.
The magnetic float column type liquid level gauge is connected to the container through a side flange, so that the changes in the liquid in the gauge are actually consistent with the changes in the liquid level inside the container.
The cylindrical float inside the liquid level gauge cavity and the magnetic flap and switch outside the gauge are actually a magnetic system. The cylindrical float affects the magnetic components inside the flipping column and switch through a magnetic field, thereby linearly displaying the changes in liquid level.
The flipping column of the magnetic flipping plate is equipped with columnar small magnetic steel, and all flipping columns are evenly placed in aluminum slots with a radial spacing of 10mm. Half of the magnetic flipping columns are white/black, and the other half are red/yellow. When the liquid level in the liquid level gauge rises and drops, the beam magnetic field of the permanent magnet installed at the top of the float moves to drive the magnetic flipping column of the outer flipping plate to rotate 180 °. When the liquid level rises, it changes from white/black to red/yellow; otherwise, when the liquid level drops, the column changes from red/yellow to white/black. In this way, the magnetic flip column can reflect changes in the liquid level inside the container without the need for any power supply. It completely isolates the liquid medium from the measurement indication, providing a safe and reliable means and method for liquid level detection of flammable, explosive, and toxic media.
