What is Evaporative condenser?

Evaporative condensers are used to remove excess heat from cold systems when the heat cannot be used for other purposes. Excess heat is removed by evaporating water. Evaporating water enables this excess heat to be removed.

Evaporative Condenser Working Principle

Heat exchange takes place between the high-temp Gaseous refrigerant in pipe coil and water sprayed onto it. The high-temp Gaseous refrigerant turns into liquid during the process.

The fresh air travels from the bottom to the top of the condenser, taking away the vapor of the heated spay water. The vapor water will be stopped by the water fender board and flows into the collection basin through pipe coils, and then pumped back into the circulation system. The lost water can be re-supplied with the water level regulator

Evaporation condenser original removable dehydrator is made of corrosion-resistant PVC material. lts structure makes the air flow direction change can effectively remove the moisture from the coil so that the water drift rate reaches 0.003%. When the water eliminator or packing is cleaned, the eliminator can be removed easily

The cooling water sprinkler

The cooling water sprinkler system use a large flow of anti-blocking basket type water spray to ensure the continuous and uniform spraying of water on the coil assembly, in the role of the wind maximum coverage of the coil surface, sothat water, air and refrigerant can have fullyheat exchange, improving the heat transfer effect. The nozzle is buckled on the spray branch pipe, which can be easily disassembled when cleaning thenozzle and spray branch pipe.

Condensing coil

Condensation coil is made of high quality 1.2mm stainless steel pipe or 1.5mm hot-dip galvanized pipe. Design pressure is 1.97 Mpa, after the coil welded.assembled and hot-dip galvanized in zinc, it is subjected to 2.5MPa air tightness test threetimes in water to ensure no leakage. After assembling, the whole body was treatedwith ultra-thick hot-dipgalvanized, The coils are inclined along the refrigerant flow tofacilitate liquid delivery and the coil pressure drop can be reduced.
