Product Details

Introduction to square cross flow cooling tower:

Square cross flow cooling tower adopts air inlet on both sides and fans on the top to make air exchange with hot water through fillers on both sides of the tower, and then the hot and humid air is discharged to the outside of the tower. The point wave plate with convex points on both sides of the packing is adopted. The point wave plate is bonded into a whole by the mounting head to improve the rigidity. The convex points on both sides can also avoid direct dripping, so the water film forming ability is improved.

The composition of the square cross flow cooling tower:

(1) Panel: glass fiber reinforced plastic, smooth and beautiful surface, corrosion resistance, anti-aging.

(2) Fill: modified PVC bidirectional point wave plate, good thermal performance, small airflow resistance, good rigidity, heat resistance 75℃, cold resistance, flame retardant.

(3) Fan: The blade is made of aluminum alloy. The fan has the characteristics of reasonable aerodynamic force, large air volume, high efficiency, low noise and corrosion resistance.

(4) Motor and reduction gear: auxiliary equipment.

(5) Cloth sink: glass fiber reinforced plastic material, uniform water distribution, ultra-low noise type with cover plate to cover light, prevent debris flying in, reduce splashing sound.

(6) Muffler cover: glass fiber reinforced plastic, sticky cavity type flame retardant PVC film muffler material.

(7) Louver: made of glass fiber reinforced plastics, waterproof to splash out, and can make the air flow into the tower even.

(8) Water tank: made of glass fiber reinforced plastics, which can collect water. It is equipped with automatic water replenishment facilities, and can absorb water directly in closed circulation.

(9) Skeleton: it is assembled with folded steel, with good rigidity, light weight, convenient transportation and installation, and anticorrosion by hot-dip galvanizing.
