Sizing and Certification

Quote your steam demand in kg/h and the working pressure, not a guessed boiler horsepower — oversized boilers cycle badly and waste fuel. Fuel should follow local price; multi-fuel burners are worth the premium where prices move. Pressure vessel certification is the item that stops shipments at the border: ASME, CE PED or the local equivalent, with the material traceability your inspector will demand.
