The Bottom Discharge Centrifuge is a fully automatic solid-liquid separation system designed for efficient handling of medium to large batch processes. Unlike Top Discharge models, where manual cake removal is necessary, this machine ensures automatic cake discharge through an integrated scraper mechanism, making it highly suitable for applications demanding consistency, safety, and reduced operator intervention.

Working Principle
The motor drives the drum to rotate. Under the control of the program, when the feed speed is reached, the material to be separated enters the high-speed rotating drum through the feed pipe, stops feeding when the feed reaches the preset volume, and rises to the high-speed separation. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is filtered through the filter cloth (filter screen), and the liquid phase passes through the filter cake layer and discharged from the outlet pipe through the drum hole. The solid phase is left in the drum to form a cylindrical cake, and then the cake can be washed. After the separation requirements are met, the speed is reduced to the discharging speed, and the scraper device operates to scrape the cake from the inner wall of the drum and then discharge through the discharge port at the lower part of the centrifuge.
