6-30 Series Air Blower Centrifugal Fan for Rice Mill Plant

1. Purpose of fan
6-30 type high pressure centrifugal fan is used for pneumatic conveying of granular or powdery materials, which is generally suitable for gas conveying in the factory. The type of gas transported can make air and other gases harmless to human body or non corrosive to steel plate. It is the ideal fan in the high pressure fan in China
The fan has the following advantages:
(1) high efficiency, low energy consumption, and the highest efficiency can reach about 82%.
(2) stable operation and low noise.
(3) easy to use and maintain.

2. Fan mode
(1) This type of fan is single suction, with 4 types of fan numbers including No5, 6, 7 and 8.
(2) This type of fan can be made into two forms of right turn and left turn. Facing from the motor end, the impeller rotates clockwise to be called the right cyclone, which is represented by “right”; and rotates counterclockwise to be called the left cyclone, which is represented by “left”.
(3) The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing, and “left” and “right” can be made into six angles, namely 0, 45, 90, 135, 180 and 225.
(4) The drive mode of this type of fan is type A and type C.

3. Structural characteristics of main components
In type C fan, it is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission part, bracket, etc.; in type a fan, fan and motor are directly connected.
(1) Impeller: it is composed of 12 backward inclined plate blades, curved conical front plate and plate rear plate; the blades are welded with front plate and rear plate, and the middle plate and rear plate are riveted. After the impeller is manufactured, it has good static and dynamic balance correction, good aerodynamic performance, high efficiency, stable, safe and reliable operation.
(2) Air inlet: it is an integral welding part installed on the side of the fan. The section parallel to the axial direction is in the shape of front cone and back curve, which can make the gas loss small smoothly enter the impeller.
(3) Shell: welded with ordinary steel plate to form the whole volute shell.
(4) Transmission part: composed of main shaft, bearing box, belt pulley, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel, and the bearing box of gray iron casting is equipped with rolling bearing to support the impeller and make it operate safely.
(5) Support: it may be welded by ordinary angle steel and steel plate to make its reliable support fan connected with foundation.
