- The complete equipment set shall include testing apparatus compliant with the full-scale seat combustion requirements of GB/T 25207-2010, GB/T 27904-2011, ISO 9705-1993, 16 CFR 1633, EN 45545-2, and DIN 5510-2. This includes a combustion chamber, smoke collection and gas sampling systems, gas analysis and data processing systems, and a gas supply system;
- A conical smoke collector is installed directly above the weighing platform and the test specimen; it features a base dimension of 3000 × 3000 mm and a height of 1000 mm. The top section is a 900 × 900 × 900 mm square, within which two 500 × 900 mm steel plates are installed to serve as a smoke mixing device;
- The stainless steel exhaust duct has a minimum length of 5000 mm and a diameter of 400 mm, with smoke mixing devices installed at both ends;
- The exhaust system possesses sufficient capacity to collect all smoke generated during combustion tests; the fan's exhaust volume is continuously adjustable, and the exhaust flow rate is no less than 3.5 m/s;
- The exhaust fan is a centrifugal type with a stainless steel inner casing capable of withstanding temperatures of at least 300°C; a variable frequency drive (VFD) is used to regulate the fan speed;
