Standard AHU

Standard comfort type AHUs support the filter, cooling coil, and fan sections. By installation method, they can be classified into floor type units and ceiling type units. Floor type units are further divided into horizontal type (7 models) and vertical type (1 model), and the air volume ranges from 2000 to 50,000 CMH. Ceiling type units cover conventional type, jet type, heat recovery type, fresh air type, cool warehouse special type, and industrial large space special type, and the air volume ranges from 1000 to 10,500 CMH. Standard units are widely used in common comfort type places such as shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, supermarkets, factories, workshops, stadiums, and departure lounges.

Invention of Labyrinth Box

The joint of the box plate is an aluminum alloy profile frame with concave and convex grooves, and a labyrinth sealing structure with interlocking yin and yang is formed at the contact of the frame, which is fastened with pre-embedded bolts and nuts to ensure the mechanical strength (EN1886 D1) and greatly reduce the air leakage rate (EN1886 L1). In addition, the labyrinth structure is detachable and convenient for maintenance.

Professional Detail Design

In TICA's installation and design of differential manometer, stainless steel pipe is used instead of traditional plastic pipe, and rubber sealing sleeve is used to seal the joint, which can effectively solve the problems of air leakage and pointer jitter caused by insufficient strength of differential manometer.

High Density Filter Frame.

The designed filter framework can greatly guarantee the performance of the filter section, and the filter bypass leakage rate can reach the European standard EN1886 grade (F9).
