1. Water cooling plus air cooling ensures the better cooling effect.

Air cooling: The soft water or other liquid circulates in the cooler (made of stainless steel tubes). The heat of the water or other liquid is absorbed by the tubes, and then the heat is discharged outside the tower through the fan at the top.

Water cooling: When the water temperature is too high, that is, exceeds the set temperature, the spray system automatically starts working. The spray pump sprays water on the hot and humid tube wall and forms a water film, which absorbs a large amount of heat by evaporation. Part of the spray water becomes water vapor, which is carried away by the flowing air, and the other water drops in the sump for the next cycle.  

2. Soft or purified water is used in the water tank, which can extend the working life of the machine that is cooled.

3. Full closed loop, the inner circulating water is completely isolated from the air, so no evaporation, no water loss, no scaling, no blocking. The operating cost is lower than the open loop cooling tower.

4. No pond is needed. Take less space than open loop water cooling tower.

5. Being able to work 24 hours continuously. Stable operation.

2. Put it into a standard exporting plywood or wooden case;

3. Put foam around it for shockproof;

4. Fasten the case with nails.
