Heating tube, also known as plug-in electric heater, is a U-shaped electric heating element. Multiple U-shaped electric heating tubes are welded to a flange for centralized heating. The design specifications for heating different media and power configuration requirements are assembled on the cover. The material to be heated is inserted, and a large amount of heat generated by the heating element during operation is transferred to the heated medium to increase the temperature of the medium and meet the process requirements. It is mainly used for heating open and closed solution tanks and circulation systems.

Features:

2. Combination types mostly use argon arc welding to connect the electric heating tube, or a fastening device can be used. The electric heating tube is then locked with a nut and flange cover, and the pipeline and fasteners are welded using argon arc welding. The sealing of fasteners adopts scientific technology, making it very convenient to replace individual parts and greatly saving future maintenance costs
Applicable scope:
The flange electric heating tube is mainly suitable for insulation and heating of fuel tank materials in various storage tanks in industries such as petrochemicals and food machinery. The connection method can use flange or threaded end face sealing.
