* Fan Coil Unit Introduction
The fan coil unit is the terminal unit that directly delivers cold and hot air to the room through external cooling and hot water. It has the functions of cooling, heating or cooling / heating respectively. It is mainly composed of a volute centrifugal fan, heat exchanger coil, fan motor, condensation pan and galvanized sheet casing, it is a universal terminal device for the water type central air conditioning and heat pump systems.
The horizontal concealed fan coil unit also called duct type fan coil unit which is ceiling mounted, with air volume ranges from 340m³/h to 2380m³/h (high speed). The cooling coil is made of high-quality and high-efficiency drawn copper tubes, which are mechanically expanded and bonded through double-flanged sine wave window-type aluminum fins. The casing is molded from galvanized sheet, with exquisite appearance and high strength. * Safe operation and energy saving. The motor has a heating and power-off protection device, uses ultra-low-noise rolling bearings, does not require user refueling and maintenance, and has a service life of up to 35,000 hours; the slender shaft of the motor has been specially treated to be corrosion-free.
* Advanced equipment and perfect technology. The sheet metal fully automatic blanking production line has a blanking error of 0.01mm. The CNC bending machine has precise bending angles and the high-speed fin production line has high production efficiency. The fully automatic straightening, cutting and bending equipment ensures precise copper pipe lengths and smooth elbows. No wrinkles, every welding point of the fully automatic welding equipment is firm and even.
* Large air airflow & low noise. It adopts an ultra-wide-angle volute and is equipped with a double-inlet forward-inclined airfoil centrifugal galvanized steel wind wheel, which has undergone strict dynamic and static balance testing. The air inlet is equipped with an air guide ring to prevent airflow from entering the impeller, ensuring high efficiency and low noise of the unit.
