Ceiling Mounted

Cassette and ceiling-concealed units that install into the ceiling void — the dominant format for fan coil units and light commercial air conditioning. Two dimensions decide whether a unit fits: the plenum depth available above the tile, and whether the condensate can drain by gravity or needs a lift pump. Check both against the drawing before selecting, because a unit that is 30 mm too deep is a construction problem, not a procurement one.
