The 5HCY series cross flow circulation grain dryer is a new type of dryer designed and manufactured by integrating the advantages of various domestic and foreign dryers and combining them with the actual situation in China. The machine has a compact structure and advanced design, with no upper agitator design. The original upper agitator structure of the dryer is eliminated, and the lifting machine adopts an inclined chute for feeding grains, which utilizes the self weight of grains to freely fall and reduce compression and crushing; Large drying section design, high strength without deformation, reasonable grain discharge flow rate in the drying layer, uniform drying, and high drying rate. It has the advantages of uniform drying, low crushing rate, adjustable temperature control, and online moisture monitoring, which can meet the drying needs of users in different installed capacities of large, medium, and small circulating grain dryers. This machine has a dedicated dust removal fan, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
