Primarily produces cylindrical tube ice with an outer diameter of 22-45 mm and a length of 20-60 mm (customizable). The ice is transparent or semi-transparent, featuring high hardness, low water content, and slow melting rate. The ice-making principle involves circulating water through the outer surface of vertical evaporator tubes; the refrigeration system cools the tubes, the water film on the tube surface to freeze into hollow cylindrical ice. After reaching the preset thickness, hot gas defrosting is activated to separate the tube ice from the evaporator, and the ice falls into the ice storage bin via gravity.Features a modular and compact design, with the main body constructed from food-grade 304/316 stainless steel, meeting international food safety standards. Core components adopt international standard parts, often equipped with high-efficiency scroll or semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors from well-known brands such as Danfoss and Copeland, as well as air-cooled/water-cooled condensers and precision reducers.
