Functions

1. FULLY AUTOMATED

The operation of the industrial heater is completely controlled according to the temperature inside the cabinet. The controller detects the return air temperature of the cabinet through the circulation temperature sensor, compares it with the set point, and controls the operation of the fan.

2. HEATING

Heating start point – heating stop point – heating sensitivity. When the internal temperature of the cabinet is lower than the heating start point, heating starts. When the internal temperature of the cabinet is higher than the heating stop point, heating stops.

3. DEHUMIDIFICATION (optional)

Dehumidification start point = dehumidification stop point + dehumidification sensitivity. When the humidity inside the cabinet is higher than the dehumidification start point, the dehumidification operation starts. When the humidity inside the cabinet is lower than the dehumidification stop point, the dehumidification stops.

4. MONITORING

The industrial heater communicates with the computer via the RS485 communication port, or the user can directly view the operating status of the industrial heater and change the operating parameters of the industrial heater through the display screen.

5. SELF-TEST The unit provides self-test for on-site testing.
