Product Description：

The quartz glass tube level gauge is an instrument that displays the liquid level on site. The mechanical, electrical and optical properties of the quartz glass tube are better than those of ordinary glass tubes. Due to a special refraction and reflection effect, it has a two-color display effect. It is more superior than ordinary glass tube level gauges and can be widely used to measure the liquid level of various tanks, towers, tanks and boxes in industrial equipment. It is especially suitable for the level measurement of high temperature, high temperature difference, high pressure and acidic solutions, and because of its two-color display effect, it is particularly suitable for direct two-color display of the water level of high and medium pressure boilers.

(1) Before the color level gauge leaves the factory, all parts have been tested at 1.5 times the marked pressure. Please do not remove the quartz tube by yourself to prevent damage. (2) The installation center distance has been manufactured according to the user's required dimensions before leaving the factory. If you need to adjust the observation direction, please contact the factory in advance. Try not to adjust it on site to avoid reducing the pressure resistance of the entire level gauge.

(3) The red and green glass behind the two-color level gauge are installed and not installed (due to transportation distance). If not installed, please install them in the following order: the green glass in the middle and the red glass on both sides are glued (provided by the manufacturer), arranged in sequence in the glass slot of the level gauge, and then tightened with metal sheets and screws. (4) The two-color level gauge is a precision instrument. Be careful when transporting, handling, unpacking, and installing it.
