Air-to-Air Plate Heat Exchanger is a device that separates two air streams using metal or polymer material plates to facilitate heat exchange.High-temperature and low-temperature air streams flow through adjacent plate channels, where enhanced airflow improves heat transfer efficiency to facilitate effective heat exchange.
Heat exchanger cores are vacuum-formed with variable thicknesses and fin pitches to meet diverse requirements. Each layer is hermetically sealed via welding. Typically, aluminum alloy is used for the four corner posts, while the top and bottom covers are made of aluminum or galvanized steel sheets with customizable surface finishes.
